Ask any landscaper for a breakdown and the largest line will be planting material. That material almost certainly came from Kadiyam — the delta cluster where we have grown plants since 1999. When we quote your project, that line has no reseller margin sitting on top of it.
It also changes what we can promise. We know the age and root condition of every plant going in, we can hold stock while site work finishes, and if something fails in the first season we replace it from our own beds instead of hunting the market.

A villa garden of a few thousand square feet is typically two to four weeks from approval. Farmhouses and resorts run six to twelve weeks. Avenue and township plantation is phased, usually timed around the monsoon for better establishment.

Every design begins with soil, sun and water assessment rather than a template, and we ask how much maintenance you genuinely want before selecting species.
Resort, commercial and avenue projects
For resorts and hotels we plant for immediate impact using semi-mature palms and specimen trees held at the nursery. For offices, factories and townships we specify hardy, low-upkeep schemes that survive tight maintenance budgets. For roads, highways and campuses we handle avenue plantation at volume, choosing species by eventual canopy rather than just survival rate.
