From village beds to

Mahindra Nursery began in 1999 as a modest plot of grafted mango and ornamental stock, sold to buyers who came to Kadiyam in person. There was no website and no catalogue — only a reputation built plant by plant.
What changed was not the growing. It was the reach. Buyers from Hyderabad, then Bengaluru, then Delhi began asking whether we could load a truck for them. So we learned packing, then logistics, then export documentation. Today the same family still walks the beds every morning; the difference is that a container of our plants may be crossing to Dubai while a lorry heads for Nagpur.

Minimums exist because a part-loaded vehicle costs the same to run as a full one. Pooling your order into a single dispatch is what keeps the per-plant price low. Freight is always quoted separately and transparently.

What we are actually trying to do
Two statements we hold ourselves to whenever a decision is difficult.
Quality planting material should not cost double simply because a project sits far from a nursery belt. So we keep growing at scale, packing better, and removing the layers between the bed and the buyer — so a school in Nagpur and a resort in Goa can plant the same grade of stock a Kadiyam local would.
We want "get a quote from Kadiyam" to mean us — not because we are the largest, but because our quotes are honest, our substitutions are declared upfront, and what leaves our farm survives. If a buyer never needs to check a second supplier, we have done the job.

Stock is hardened before lifting, root balls are wrapped to hold moisture, foliage is trimmed where needed to cut transpiration, and loads are stacked so air moves through the vehicle. We also send planting and watering instructions for your climate, so the critical first fortnight after arrival goes right.
